Funny giraffe shirt runs small, order

Funny giraffe shirt runs small but is very cute. My grandson loves giraffes. He is 10 years old, average height, thin. First I ordered a size 11 and it seemed like an 8-10 to me. I didn't give up so I ordered 13. The label said 13-14. It fits perfectly. The fabric is like jersey and I was happy with it. I'm sending the first one back. Happy with this purchase.
