Surface Mount, protective stud insulator included. Stud Size: 1/4"-28 Meet S.A.E. J1625, J1171, UL1500 (Ignition Protected). The red button on the upper right side is the disconnect button. In the illustration, the red "flag" pointing down and to the right indicates the circuit is open. To reset, push the red flag up until it is clicks into the closed circuit position. Housing is thermalplastic UL rated 94V0. Easy Installation, Can used as an on/off switch for electric motor.

Not Ideal for Performance Cars

Based on our own experience, this product is not suitable for performance cars. While it is advertised as waterproof, it failed to hold up during heavy rain and caused our car to stall. The price may be attractive compared to other options, but the lack of reliability makes it not worth it.
