The old adage says "You get what you pay for" and it couldn't be more applicable to this item. I usually avoid cheap Chinese tools, but I saw positive reviews and decided to give it a try. The positive points I can point out are that the belt tension system keeps the belts in place so they don't slip and the speed control gives a good range. Now for the not so good ones. Sharpening mower blades dulls the file. The grinder doesn't let you see. With an angle grinder you can see, but the speed (150 mph) makes it difficult. It can be inaccurate and require the effort of realignment. The edge doesn't stay very sharp. I suspect that a wheel spinning at that speed could overheat the thin edge.
