I liked the color tan. I didn’t like the fact that both ends open up. Very messy when trying to empty the litter from inside.

This is made of vinyl, so it is definitely water resistant. What it doesn’t say is the " envelope” that holds the litter is open on both ends. Hard to pick it up and dump it without spilling it all over the floor. OR, maybe mine is defective. If so, I hope they send me a new one.

Feels good under foot. Easy to clean but ours came open on both ends which makes it a little tricky to empty. Having trouble getting it to lay flat? Try warming material with a hair dryer.

I have my litter box in a small closet in the bathroom and place this mat in front. It does a great job of catching the litter my cats try pump kick across the room. I’ve also found that one of then likes to use it to clean his paws when he’s done as well. He’s fully clawed and the mat is highly durable and doesn’t show any wear despite his attempts at 6am to obsessively test its strength with what he deems as incurably filthy paws.

Had another one similar, that I liked better. It had velcro on both sides and was easier to clean. I have an old cat that won't poop in the litterbox anymore but on the mat only, so it is easier to clean when it completely opens up. Other than that, it delivered what promised. My unique situation should not distract from the overall rating of the product, so I gave it 5 stars.

The crystals fall into the bottom as advertised. Lay it flat with something on top of it for a day to get out the fold from shipping.

I wished I had known about these years ago. While it may not catch every piece of sand in her paws, it catches most of it and that's a big help when cleaning!

I've bought a couple of these mats from other manufacturers and the product was wonderful. This mat has stiff, spiked rubber that makes it feel like walking on sharp gravel. My cats won't go near it. I also do not care for the opening on both ends, but that is not a deal breaker. And the beige color was awful. I sent this mat back to Ebay right away.

My cats didn't know what to make of this mat initially as it is large and looks different than what they are used to. Now that we've had it a while I can honestly say it is one of the best purchases I have made as a cat owner. The amount of cat litter on my floor has been reduced to basically nothing with the exception of a piece here and there. My cat is a destroyer of litter mats, I’ve gone through others that claimed durability, but Luna would destroy them all. Now, despite her awful scratching and clawing at it daily, this thing is still going strong! It looks a bit beat up, but it will outlast every other type I’ve tried and if it goes bad, I’ll buy another.

Unless I was sent the wrong item I have no idea how this thing got such great reviews. I received a folded mat that feels like hard plastic. The honeycombs are very rigid, it is not slip resistant by any means (the bottom of mine looks nothing like the product description photo), and it still will not lay flat because of that fold no matter what I try. It's not comfortable for me to walk on it barefoot so I can understand why my cat doesn't like it either. Very disappointed.

The product arrives folded. Instructions say to place something heavy on it for a few days to flatten it out. Mine won't flatten. It's permanently creased and humped up.

It works as it is described: its easy to clean, it picks up liter from my cat's paws, and it settles and flattens down once something heavy has been placed on top. This works greats for multiple cats and you can easily pour whatever liter has been caught back into the liter box. I will be ordering a second one. The tan color mat also looks pretty.

My cats love it and they also use it as a scratch mat. It captured most of the cat litter that falls from the litter box That's my review.

It slides around on the solid surface floor. Youll have to tuck it under the box, which isn't great for my little robot. Would be better if only 1 end opened. Hard to bend to dump it and litter spills out of both ends when you do. Easy to hose off when fuzzy butts have an oppps. Works okay at collecting litter, but ends up spilling out when you try to empty. You'll have a mess anyway.

This item is really great and serves its purpose but for cleaning it would be more ideal to have one end that closed and the other that opened. I find it dropping litter both ends when I try to pick it up to empty it in the trash can. Overall good quality, nice color (true to picture) and would recommend, but if I were to purchase again, I would look for one similar but with one closed side.

We have tried several other mats to no avail. But this one really works! We live in a small one bedroom town home with 2 cats and a dog. We got so tired of the litter being tracked all over the house. I ordered this and it is no longer an issue! My husband is a clean freak and he is even excited about this mat! I can not say enough good about it.
