Not suitable for power tools and hand tools

Laser lines on the top are great for gripping the screw. At first I liked it. However, this only lasted 9 months. About a month later the laser lines were lost when it broke, it broke along the laser lines. Yes, it's good, but not for long. Only buy if you want for a few weeks.

Unlike the old Wera screwdrivers.

I've always liked the comfortable grip of Wera screwdrivers. I have to admit this is not the quality I expected. This one replaced one that is about 30 years old and only recently started losing its byte on the screw. I bought a laser engraved tip and thought it would be great. Unfortunately it has already started losing its byte on the screw and I've only had it for about 2 months. The tip is visibly worn. Not what I expected. I'm a field worker and this is used extensively. I can use my old…

The consultation takes a while!

Probably the most unergonomic screwdriver in my tool bag (funny they try to use ergonomics as a selling point), but. also the most durable screwdriver in my bag. I'm an electrician, so my #2 cross tool is probably my most used tool in my entire bag, and I carry it fairly regularly. So far, the laser-engraved nib has held up better and lasted longer than my little one or my wiha. i am sold I don't care if it's like a kid building a clay pen in art class, this thing does what it's supposed to do…

Well working screwdriver

That's what you probably expect when you look at Wera's famous but expensive screwdrivers, a wonderfully working screwdriver. which VERY helps prevent stripping of the "head" of the screw. Of course, the grip is as comfortable, if not more so, than one could hope for in a screwdriver. I wish it was stainless steel this size (I'm a plumber, tools get VERY wet, tool rusting is a common problem). Even if it is not stainless steel, after a few weeks no rust will be visible. But I expect that in a…

Great performer, no cons.

They have the best "laser cut" grooves on the tip I've ever seen. If there's *something* to catch on the broken bolt head, they'll snap into place and do their job. And on a fresh screw, it sticks so well you could swear it was magnetic. In fact, it works better than most magnetic heads because it only grabs the screw where it's supposed to. Anyway, the tip of my blade was much closer in color to the rest of the blade than the bronze color shown in the picture. picture here. I actually like it…

Pros
  • Easy to read control panel
Cons
  • Definitely a bad product

I can't say enough good things about Wera screwdrivers. Not only that, I love long Phillips screwdrivers. I always take the longest that works. (don't know why) If you use hard-grip handyman screwdrivers, do yourself a favor and replace them with a Wera set (pronounced VERA). You are no longer attracted to Craftsman. Some Wera screwdrivers have laser-engraved tips. (I don't think this one will fit. I couldn't find one with laser engraving anywhere for a long time.) They're amazing to work with.

Pros
  • It's amazing
Cons
  • There are some downsides

It's enough to make you say "What the heck "!

So, a few months ago my recent purchase of standalone drivers from another company "W" started cracking. Then I thought my favorite screwdriver I have now comes with the Thermalright CPU cooler I bought here at Revain with a graphite tip. I noticed that they look awfully like green Kraftforms. I looked around a bit and found these. I like their ergonomics. If the advice lasts a long time, I'm happy. I use these screwdrivers very often. If I don't update my review in a few months to say they've…

I have never owned a high-quality, high-tech screwdriver like this Wera. The handle is very well researched and developed, it is based on someone squeezing a plasticine-like material with their hand. It literally fills your hand like it's molded for you, and it's got a good mix of hard plastic (black) and rubber (green) to help you hold it properly. The shaft is strong, without hesitation, made of good steel. The tip is both magnetic and laser engraved, with the latter capturing screws with…

Best drivers, hands down. Great features, no tricks.

Excellent driver. I bought this to test the Wera drivers I've heard about and see if I need the full set. Little did I know the 8" blade was just a metal part of the driver sticking out of the handle, I figured 8" overall length. So keep that in mind when ordering. His grip is AMAZING. When used, there are 3 different detection zones. To loosen a screw or do the final tightening, you can grab the entire handle and get a good grip with good leverage. For free spins or very light loads you can…
