BAD CHARACTER PIECE best in kitchen and dining room

Do not buy. Be sure to buy the Habor Large Digital Kitchen Timer with Strong Magnet, Loud Alarm, Memory Function, 12 Hour Display, Countdown and Countdown for Cooking, Baking, Sports, Games, Office. Yes, sold here on Revain.com. These are louder and bigger clear numbers. Bigger magnet. Stay away from West Bend. I don't understand why they made their beeper softer and the plastic clip more brittle. Now you need to glue the clothespin to the back. I hope it breaks soon so I can throw it away or…

Do It First: Kitchen Utensils and Gadgets

If you want to attach this timer to your fridge, this simple modification allows it to sit flat on a metal surface without moving. Use a screwdriver to pry the magnet off the back of the clip. Then remove the plastic clip from the timer, break it or push the pin out with an awl. Using double-sided mounting tape or glue, attach the magnet to the back near the top. Now it no longer swings back and forth when you press the buttons on the timer. With a magnet on the top and a battery compartment on

Best of 4 brands tested. Loud alarm and strong magnet.

I have bought 4 timers from different brands and this is the best. It has a good strong magnet and an alarm loud enough to be heard on the TV in the next room. My previous timer (still working after 10+ years) was also a West Bend timer so I thought this brand is good. Of the four tested, only one still has a good loud signal (but weak magnet) and is cheap, sold in a 3-pack. Alarm volume is important to me so it's odd to see expensive and very cheap being the first 2 of 4. This Westband model…

After over 6 years I had to replace my timer, I will buy it again

I have had a timer in my kitchen for several years and after a long time of use the small stand on the back finally gave out. I've been looking for a replacement and while this is the one I'm replacing, I'll buy it again. My purchase history tells me I bought this in April 2014, it is now October 2020. So 6 1/2 years for a sub $20 timer? Yes, and technically the timer still works, it's just a lot more inconvenient to use. I'll probably keep the old one in my desk drawer for those rare occasions

Sometimes old-fashioned simple things are still the best.

Now I have two of these: one for home, the other for class. I had one like this a few years ago and really liked it, but it fell out of the fridge and broke. I couldn't find them locally so I put off buying a new one thinking I could do with two buttons or my iPhone. But I always liked to remember it. You just enter the time and go. No more scrolling, holding or re-pressing buttons, spinning wheels, unlocking phones, or worrying if a ring is loud enough (which it usually isn't). This little gem

  • Finally bought
Cons
  • I vaguely remember
