I like everything about this ice tea maker. were made of plastic and broke at the handle. My daughter said in the evening when she was finished that she would buy such an ice bucket. It's definitely worth the price.

Many thanks to West Bend for making such a wonderful iced coffee maker. My husband and I enjoy using both tea bags and loose tea to make delicious and refreshing beverages. It is very easy to use, cleans quickly and easily and is one of the best additions to our kitchen. Not to mention the savings! It's a lot cheaper to make iced tea yourself. There are no limits to taste!

This is a good kettle that works like a coffee pot. Comes with a glass jug, a removable tea bag basket and a removable fruit remover. You can use tea bags and loose tea in the basket. The glass jug is very thin and looks like it could break easily. Makes good tea and works as fast as a coffee maker. Would recommend if available at a good price. The price varies greatly, from 30 to 70.00. I would buy at 30 but definitely no higher than 45.00

I bought this for my Mr. Coffee as they no longer made replacement jugs. - The water level mark on the pot is different from that on the side of the kettle - Use a fishing line on the side of the kettle or the tea will be very weak! - The lid on the jug is very loose - you have to hold it when you pour it. - The kettle gets a ton of condensation - so I always have to dry it pretty much. It took some getting used to. I don't like it as much as my old one but it will do the job.

Foreign material through the system. After a few minutes, I noticed water leaking onto and into the drawers of my relatively expensive coffee station. damaged furniture and suffered burns from very hot water. This item was brand new out of the box! I absolutely do not recommend this product for reliability and safety reasons.

My old ice tea machine lasted ten years. This thing was such rubbish that when I looked up my purchase to write this review I assumed it was a lot older than it really was.
