Won't work without glue

They won't hold the rope anyway...there are no prongs, they're useless as clamps...the rope really slips. If you use liquid tape or heavy duty glue and squirt it into the device, it's enough to make a leash, but it's not very strong!

Pros
  • Quality workmanship - Molded hard plastic resin with a matte black finish
Cons
  • Expensive

Totally useless on rope

Bought for making linen. You can't hold onto anything. I have a 1/4" paracord and it went right through the smallest 6mm. I also have a larger braid that I made out of 550 paracord, for this I bought the larger size. Although the right size, it is the middle clasp part so weak it won't hold. Not safe for use with a dog on the other end.

Pros
  • Rope Compatible - Natural fiber rope, synthetic rope, paracord, punch cord, twine and more!
Cons
  • Availability for exchange

This is ridiculous

This is a joke. Sure, they look great when attached, but it will straighten the end of your rope! They are absolutely useless, there are no "teeth" inside to grab or attach two pieces of rope. You still need to merge two ropes (the knot will not fit inside). I ended up using hot melt glue, but this method is messy. I would not use on a leash, they are untrustworthy! I made some mooring lines for my kayak, something different, tie your lines a little tighter some other way.

Pros
  • Multipack options - 2 pack, 5 pack, 10 pack and 20 pack
Cons
  • Compatibility
