🚚 Enhance Truck Bed Protection with Westin 50-6505 Tailgate Mat Review

Bought hoping to protect the entire tailgate of my 2010 Harley truck. The width is ok but the height is about 2cm small and trying to level the areas prepared for mounting is impossible.

Matte material does not reach at least 2 inches from the trunk lid. Very thin, almost a piece of rubber. I could buy a piece of rubber at the farm store, screw it on, and it would be the same for 1/3 the price. The return does not cost any money. Thrown in the trash and drove on.

Great offer! Heavy duty, easy to install (I'm the type who cringes when I drill holes in my truck and I knew this would protect my back door). I appreciate the extra gear. Material like this does wrinkle or ripple on the sides, animal nature, so I used extra screws to better secure it. Super fast delivery.

5/15/14. Bought for Ford F-150. It's two inches narrower in width, has a ripped cut on one side, and no fasteners are included. Definitely not value for money and I do NOT recommend it. It meets the minimum usability requirements, so it's not worth the hassle and expense. Not happy but will do. Buy rubber mats elsewhere.
