Press your favorite ground meat & seasonings into consistent, perfectly packed burgers. Also great for making stuffed burgers, crab cakes & sausage patties. Great for beef, venison, and other wild game. Make consistent burgers that cook evenly and don't fall apart on the grill. Patties measure 4 1⁄2 inches in diameter. Adjustable patty weight from 1⁄4 lb to 3⁄4 lb.

Additional kitchen helper that is actually needed

Spontaneous purchase that I really use. When I buy ground beef in bulk, I vacuum seal several 1 pound prep bags and then form them into hamburger patties for vacuum packing and freezing. The patties are the perfect size and bake very well. do i need it Probably not, but I actually use it, so I'll call it a good buy.

Pros
  • Outdoor grilling and cooking
Cons
  • No machine

Would give this 5 stars unless the package arrived.

Would give 5 stars except when the package arrived there was a spring missing. There was a hole in the box and the nib fell out. The cap on one of the pistons was removed, which allowed the spring to come loose. I only used one side for a while until my wife found a source outside on the porch. Luckily it fell out during delivery. 4 stars because the packaging was minimal, 5 stars because the device works as intended. especially with brownies

Pros
  • Grill & BBQ Accessories
Cons
  • Ugly packaging

AMAZING AMAZING suitable for grills and BBQ utensils

AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING Be sure to buy wax paper. I have a box of 1000 sheets. I also placed 1 wax paper under the burger and 1 wax paper over the patty and then pressed into place. The best way I've found is to make you hamburger balls, I use .4 pound balls. 1 wax on the bottom of the machine, place a hamburger ball, 1 more wax paper, already set the thickness (6 full turns from bottom stop), hold the top down with one hand, make a few good plunger touches and WALAA, Amazing Burger and
