I bought these plugs for my 2 channel audio system and am very happy with them. I bought some good quality speaker wire, some cable sleeves and banana plugs. I made myself some killer jumper cables. These connectors look great and the double countersunk screw connection design is clean and very secure. I really couldn't be happier with the product. In the future I plan to buy several of these to terminate all the cables on my two home theaters. I recommend buying them!

Compared to my other speaker jacks which use a banana design, these WGGE jacks are a very close fit to my NAD amp, although the fit to my Denon amp was not perfect. This is a great product for the price. However, I can't give it a full 5 stars as the company says it should fit 8-20 AWG, but I couldn't install it properly when using 12 AWG. With my wire, I couldn't get the set screw flush to the end that needs to press against the insulator. These are great banana plugs, especially if you need double locking screws on each terminal - with one catch, 8 AWG speaker wire only. I've used really good quality 10AWG oxy-free copper twin wire cable and have found that they work with the 10AWG size as long as you don't have to twist the caps which you would normally add as a last step.
