Good product with fast delivery. For reasons unknown to me, it was delivered partially assembled. You need to install the grease cap, sprocket (no instructions on which side to climb from) and locking ring. The axle seemed very stiff to me so I called both Niagara contact numbers (online and retail) to ask about this and how to assemble the sprocket. Both numbers received voicemail. I left my name and number as requested but my calls went unanswered. I ended up just guessing the sprocket…
