Useless Sharpener, Avoid This Brand!

This product is a complete waste of money! I wanted to sharpen my tools and it was not up to the task as advertised. The stone was too soft and came apart after just a few uses .The polishing side left deep scratches and failed to smooth out the metal..

Durability needs improvement

I dropped it once and it broke. I don't understand how once you drop it it breaks which shouldn't have happened. Is there any way the seller can send me a new one? Purchased in March 2021. I know the return policy is no longer in effect, but is there a way to count on it? If not, no big deal, I'll just have to buy a new one if I can. I use it quite often every day.
