Excellent goods! I never realized how necessary this is.

Excellent product! I never understood how much it costs to sharpen dull knives. This stone is amazing and so easy to use because its surface area is quite large, much larger than most whetstones. It took me almost no time to sharpen three knives (that's all I have) and it was very safe. This was very important to me as other sharpening tools seemed very brittle or slippery. Excellent sharpener, no more chips and jagged edges!

Great packaging, stone and bottle fit right in the box but most importantly it works really well and is easy to use! I cook a lot and this knife has had many uses so I'm glad it feels like new again. Since a picture is worth a thousand words, the visual instructions really helped. I'm posting photos instead of writing a very long review. I bought this sharpener because I had never used a sharpener and wanted to start with something simple. I've tried both zigzag and circular motions. I found that I enjoyed the circular motion - I got into the rhythm easily. I had a fairly dull knife that I wanted to sharpen. I used pages #300 and #1000 for about 3 minutes each. I used the knife to cut the tomato and paper before sharpening and then again after so I could compare. A sharpened knife was of great importance. The water bottle came…
