This is the absolute worst air conditioner I've ever had and I've had about 6. It blows warm air at best. Putting it in a window is a bitch, let alone carrying it around. I wouldn't mind the crowd if they did their job. This is the worst money I've ever spent. I had to have my son put it in my window, heavy as I said, it almost fell out the window which would have literally thrown money out the window. It cooled very well at first but after a couple of weeks we started hearing loud crackling and popping every time we turned it off. Now it doesn't cool the room anymore. The compressor turns on briefly and then off again after a few seconds or a few minutes. It took two weeks to return this unit for a refund or replacement so we lost $360 on an air conditioner that doesn't blow cold air. Beware of this product, especially if there is a loud crackling noise immediately after turning off.

I think the only thing that makes this air conditioner so great is the unique packaging it comes in. Electronic equipment and compressors must not be mishandled, dropped etc and it is a pleasure to see how they have been packaged.
