Ok, 4 stars. I round from 3 to 1/2. It's not difficult to install if you can find your way through the firewall. After spending 90 minutes trying to find an existing bushing that could be used, I finally just drilled a hole. Why don't vehicle manufacturers provide at least one open path through the firewall? It would also be nice if the mount was deeper. I can only attach screws at the front, so the device sticks out more than I would like. When it gets warmer I'll fix it by installing a custom

There are very few detector options with remote/external sensor mounts. Installation is the biggest problem.
