This juicer is amazingly quiet and efficient. I find it pretty easy to clean, too, which is important when you have a toddler to chase after. The most astonishing part, however, is how well it extracts greens down into juice. I've only had it a couple days and already am using it multiple times per day, can't wait to try it out for almond milk too. Best juicer I've ever tried, so far, though, has all the qualities I wanted.

I just bought this Juicer and used it this morning. Previously I used Cuisinart CJE-1000 which broke down after 3.5 years of work (right after warranty finished :).Hurom amazed me with two things:1. It’s really good for leafy greens like kale or spinach but horrible for celery and cucumbers. Hurom does have the worst customer service I have experienced though. I’ve called several times and have had issues with the motor blending and they’ve never done anything about it while it was under their 2 year warranty and 10 year motor warranty. It’s a good juicer but based on customer service I’ll never buy them again.

I purchased my Hurom to strictly make celery juice. Celery can be hard on a juicer. A few months into using the machine daily, I began experiencing some difficulty with the 2 silicone brushes falling out easily. I feared losing them down the disposal when cleaning the parts. Customer Service said there was nothing they could do about this and if I felt that I needed a replacement, even though it was relatively new, I would have to order them. If you juice a lot of veggies be prepared to do a ton of chopping otherwise the juicer gets jammed constantly. I am giving it one start only because I noticed that when juicing fruit it extracted more juice than my favorite juicer. But I don't juice a lot of fruit, so I will stick to my favorite juicer the champion because I can actually juice a whole carrot without chopping it into a million pieces.

What a disappointment ;( This is my first juicer and yet not only it came later than the guaranteed delivery date but also the nozzle lid was broken. Thankfully it's not a major part and the juicer performs well -- 1 more star for that.
