The lever to release the juice broke right out of the box. You have to cut up the items small to get them down into the spout and cleaning was a little hard, there was skin all in the bottom of the container I had to keep digging in the bottom to get it out. Also the machine made it look like there wasn’t that much waste but once I went to clean out the container there was so much left inside the blades and the bottoms of the container. I really, really wanted to like this juicer but the only reason I bought it was to juice leafy greens like romaine lettuce and kale. This juicer just does not handle the very fibrous pulp of leafy greens well at all. This causes you to have to disassemble it and clean the fiber out of the extraction port halfway through making your juice and yes, I follow the directions and cut everything into very tiny pieces before putting them in the machine. For almost $500 purchase this juicer should be perfect but it’s not. You add a carrot in the juicer it a lot of times gets stuck. Today, I cut all my fruit and started juicing, the machine decided to not work anymore. Truly for $500 expense I should be able to have this machine work for at least 10 years to make my money worth! Total disappointment!

This juicer is extremely quiet and easy to clean. I’ve owned many juicer in the past. I purchased this one because I wanted one of the best. I juiced mangos, strawberries , and pineapples. The pulp was so mushy. I can tell there was still a lot of juice that could have been extracted from it. I feel like I could have gotten more yield for what I put in. i contacted them company. Hopefully they get back to me.

Very neat and manageable juicer. Easy to set up and use and looks good too. Lots of parts ( good or not so good) depending on how involved you like to get. Easily washable.

This thing is amazing. Its manual is all encompassing and fully delineates everything you need to know to keep it running like a champ. It juices everything from ginger roots to jalapeno to apples and oranges. The pulp comes out fully dry. I was amazed the first time I used it.

I've been having this juicer for a few weeks. It's a good one to have. This juicer works perfect with pomegranate. The extracted juice tastes the same as eating the fruit directly. The capacity is good for a 4-5 person family. If more juice needs to be extracted, the juicer needs to be cleaned in the middle. I noticed this after juicing 5 small apples + 1 lemon + 1 pineapple. It stop functioning within a month of purchasing this is the third one if these I have had in eight years they keep seizing and Hurom I found out recently is aware of this issue but obviously is nit doing anything to fix the problem which is so sad because it is a good juicer

When I decided to buy this item I checked if that would work in another country for 220v. So apparently it was. When I brought it home to my country I plugged in and nothing it was not working. I bought a converter from amazon that was shipped to the other side of the world to Mauritius. The converter got broken at the 3rd time. So disappointed with Hurom

I purchased a Hurom H-AA Slow Juicer, Matte Black, for $439 in mid-July. It worked beautifully in the first few weeks. This juicer was an upgrade: I had previously purchased a smaller Hurom, which I then passed on to a family member upon upgrade. After a few weeks, the Hurom began making groaning or high-pitched noises when I put in pieces of harder produce, although it never had before. Then, the juicing element began sticking to the motor base, so that it was ridiculously hard to lift it off.

Love this juicer, great value for the money. I had a marked auger and customer service was quick to respond. That's my review.

Absolutely LOVE this juicer. After getting overwhelmed by so much information out there about various juicers—I decided to purchase this one. No regrets! It's easy to use, the clean up isn't as overwhelming as it seemed at first. Highly recommend it. My mom recently bought this exact model and loves it as well.

A bit expensive, requires a bit more preparation work as compared to centrifugal juicers but the juice produced is great.

Seems like for Hurom 'used' and 'new' mean the same thing. Order a new slow juicer, get a used slow juicer.If you want to play the Hurom roulette, go ahead, order one.

I use this everyday. Easy to clean and so many uses. Makes awesome banana nice cream and nut milk is a breeze. No more squeezing and straining. Very easy to clean. Would buy again in an instant

Best Juicer with easy cleanup. It's so easy to use and cleanup is a breeze. A great way to get loads of natural vitamins in you and your kids! Carrot, apple, ginger juice is the kids fav (and I throw in a bit of celery too).Juices greens beautifully.Love the design and holder for the components.

I had a cheap typical juicer and I hated it. I got this and WOW. This thing gets SO MUCH juice and is actually super easy to clean. I think clean up took me five minutes!I know this is a pricey item, but locally squeezed juice for me is about 12 bucks a bottle. This makes it just as good, in my house, and has an amazing yield. I sat on buying this for a while because of the price point. Now I am wondering why I waited so long.Get one.

Great juicer! Have used this Hurom for about a month and love it. Makes great juice from just about anything you slip into it. Spinach, carrots, lettuce, beets, cucumber, oranges, ginger, grapes, celery, apples. Anything. I feel better and now my kids drink their veggies and love it.
