    This cutter cuts like a dream

    I called a professional carpenter I know for advice on a great cutter. I've always used Freud in the past but they didn't make it big enough. My friend told me the Whiteside cutters were of the highest quality and he could have been more correct. This cutter cuts like a dream. This is a large rotating mass, so be sure to reduce the router speed significantly when routing by hand rather than using the router table.     You get what you pay for

    On the table this bit cut several hundred feet of hardwood flawlessly. However, I cut out the bunny part with a table saw for most larger cuts. The bit comes with multiple bearings and has a variety of specified dimensions related to the bearing. Of course you can also use the fence separately for other sizes. 1960 - very large and heavy cutter. While very well balanced I would not recommend using this handheld racquet at any speed.     Nearly perfect. for power tool parts and accessories

    Correction after some experimentation. I originally tried this in a Porter-Cable 690LR with an external speed controller without having a good feel for actual speed and I ended up with many vibratory sheet pile cuts that had a "pitch" about .030" wide. about .020" too shallow, as if one groove was smaller in diameter and deeper than the other.
