🔧 Whiteside Standard RU4900 Router Bits Review

I bought this to combine with my woodpecker. I use the combo to lay out MDF cabinets in new builds. Works great, cuts cleanly and collects the pieces in the dust ring. I just bought another one as a spare.

I couldn't believe how much better this cut is than the regular straight router bit. I now have two of these different sizes which was a large bust for me but when I first used one I was amazed at how it cuts like butter, no tearing, very smooth cut. I love these beats!

As I need new cutters I will be upgrading everyone to the Whiteside brand. This one, like everything I've tried from this brand, is sharp, durable and very well thought out. Leaves a clean cut with minimal chipping. In contrast, a simple straight drill of the same diameter will blow out the wood, requiring the use of a back-up block with each cut. The support block is not always easy to attach. Highly recommended.
