These wonderful, durable socks are now only available online and have been replaced by overpriced brand names like Nike. REI, Sports Authority and others for dropping them.

Socks that fit fourteen feet are hard to find, let alone baggy socks that are mostly cotton. I used to buy an Avenger Wigwam but they don't make it anymore so I searched for a while with no luck until I came across WW Volley. Great mid-weight socks that offer some cushioning and nice warmth (my feet get cold). Thank you to the folks at Wigwam who continue to serve old schoolers who don't believe in polyester socks. Five stars!

These socks feel pleasant. Within a month I started developing a hole right at the base of the healing on my socks. Shortly thereafter, each pair had a hole in the same place. I've never had this with other socks I own so it has nothing to do with me or my shoes, it's a manufacturing defect in the sock. I will not order these socks again. I suspect these are fake real wigwam socks because I would be surprised if they saw socks with such a clear defect, but that's just a guess. What is not an…
