best birdseed! in Bird Seed

If it weren't so expensive I would just get this one. But it is, and these birds keep eating! So I mix it with woodpecker mix. I also made the mistake of buying millet feed and the birds just threw it on the ground and didn't remove it - won't buy again!

Pros
  • Backyard Birding & Wildlife
Cons

Birds don't care.

Bought during a rare snowstorm visited by the locals. Set it up and it's like I've put a hawk over the feeder. A few sparrows and juncos, but fleeting with little enthusiasm. OK. Too expensive to throw away. Ground squirrels like parts of it.

Pros
  • Patio, Lawn & Garden
Cons
  • Ugly Packaging

Value for Money

I really like this bird seed because it has no waste; I used to have to regularly clean up other bird seed before I put in fresh seed; You don't have to clean anything with it because the critters eat ALL of it, deer even help them clean up :-)

Very popular best with birds

I have been using this zero waste wild bird seed for many years and the birds love it. It attracts cardinals, finches, jays, red-winged blackbirds, shikadas, pigeons, juncos and common grackles. Some birds rummage through it to find all the nuts and dried fruits. But any seeds they throw out of the feeder are quickly eaten by ground birds such as pigeons, juncos and others, as well as squirrels and chipmunks. Nothing goes to waste and no dirty boxes are left on the floor under my feeders.
