This kit was complete, all parts looked very good and the instructions were very complete. With this kit, it's a bit tricky to put the big spring in so that it goes under the bar at the top. So be careful when installing as indicated in the instructions and on the diagram. If the brass top piece is not bolted flush to the outer case, the large spring will not be under the tab.
