🏈 Wilson Official Football Training Series Review

I ordered two exercise balls for my son. He's a kicker and they run a few footballs every season. Each sphere was a different color, and one of them had almost no pebbles. I understand they are marketed as "practice balls" but they are not up to the level of play.

The balls we received don't look like the picture. They are discolored around the white bands and some are very slightly deformed. They are not marked as a "GST practice" anywhere. We don't really care about labeling, but it's probably a good idea to sell what you show.

Like others I find this to be identical to the 'regular' GST but with painted stripes instead of stitched. Some QBs might complain about the lack of lane sizing, but most will put up with it. I've bought several over the years. One had an asymmetrically stitched nose, which was a quality control error, but the others were good.

Poor tailoring quality, seams have lumps, leather inserts are sewn offset. This leads to a deformation of the ball at the ends. I sent the first one back for an exchange and the one I got back was just as bad. Unfortunately, Revain didn't refund me the money for the second one, just gave me a loan. Obviously someone has a stash of defective balls they want to use Revain to get rid of. No way was the quality of the ball worth $50.

I am a kicker and originally ordered this ball and they sent me a 1005 cue ball instead.To be honest considering this one Ball costs $20 more one, not worth it. This ball leather is much better quality and lasts better, the laces feel better and the 1005 broke after a month of use. Great ball, hope this one lasts longer. Also, the only difference between this ball and the GST 1003 match ball is that the stripes are colored and the stripes are sewn. And for the $30 difference, all I can say is…
