basically super shoe glue and stitching reattached

Haven't tried the basketball on the court yet, unfortunately my stitching ripped. Luckily I had some shoe slime, mostly super glue for shoes, and resealed the seam. I've seen many complaints about the stitching and can confirm they weren't the best quality. I'll try to update them after the shoe glue has set and I can take it to court. Aside from the stitching, the composite leather feels good on my hands and the grip is decent, although I have a feeling this ball will break apart when played…

Pros
  • Moisture wicking material provides superior grip designed for indoor and outdoor play
Cons
  • Great price

Decent all-purpose ball - but beware - there are 2 versions of this ball

I've bought *5* of these balls so I have a pretty good idea of what to expect. For the price they are unbeatable. These aren't the best balls, but they are the best for under $20. These are the perfect outdoor balls because they're so cheap: I mostly use them outside so they wear out sooner rather than later, but every ball wears out from the outside. However, it was strong enough to last a while. At this price you can get 2 or 3 for the price of 1 expensive ones and those 3 will last a lot…

Pros
  • Whether you're playing in the Final Four or playing on your lunch break, the ball matters. There is no other ball that can offer Final Four quality and craftsmanship at a price no fan can match. This ball uses the same patented technology as the NCAA official game ball. The moisture-wicking coating, specially designed for indoor and outdoor play, combined with the padded channels and our shock-absorbing core, make this ball a favorite of competitive players around the world.
Cons
  • You could choose a newer model

Throws Spalding balls out of water

I play outdoor basketball almost every day. If I can reach an indoor court, I go to my trusty Wilson Evolution but that wasn't possible during the pandemic. The outside area closest to my house is covered in pretty rough cement so I know I have to change my basketball every three months.I agree 50 every three months spending $ on my hobby. However, I have bought and returned many Spalding balls for around $40 and they are all of inferior quality now compared to the same models four or five years

Pros
  • Official size 29.5" Basketball
Cons
  • I don't really like it, it's ok

A good starting ball but has its own characteristics.

I am writing this from the perspective of a former high school player who regularly attends the local fitness facility 24 hours a day. I've had the ball for about seven months now and have played hundreds of matches and shootouts with it. I grew up with the more expensive and higher quality Evolution basketballs and a few other NFHS basketballs. The first thing you'll notice upon unboxing is that the ball isn't nearly as orange as the pictures show. It is an orange color with a deep pink tint…
