This is a great phone holder, it holds both glass and plastic very well. I have a 2016 mini copper Kutriman, so it doesn't like the textured, curved dashboard, but it sticks to the windshield and the plastic part of the odometer gauge. It sticks so tight it's almost hard to remove if you want to move it, but you can take it off and it will stick again with no problem. I tried to find a 17 inch gooseneck but couldn't. Went with this one which is only 13 inches tall. This prevented the gooseneck from reaching the windshield. (I have a minivan, so the dash is pretty deep.)
