    . The wine I used it for wasn't that good. After contacting seller

    The first bottle of wine I used them on wasn't very good. After contacting the seller I just didn't inflate enough, very hard cork in this bottle. It worked great for all other wine bottles. The first cork was very dry and I even broke it with a screw extractor trying to get it out. I would buy them again, they work great, just use a little more pressure pumping for very dry plugs that are difficult to remove.

    When you need to buy a wine bottle with a cork!

    This is the easiest to use cork remover I have ever used! No muscles required! The kit includes a foil remover. After that, align the "needle” of the device over the cork, press the plunger several times, air pressure is created in the bottle, the cork rises and pops out. TA Dah! NO pieces of cork floating in the bottle. A round plastic circle pushes the cork out of the "needle". Very easy. Works every time, great price; bought one for home, one for when we travel.

    Opens wine bottles very easily

    This product works exactly as advertised to open a regular wine bottle. What I didn't know (didn't read carefully) at the time of ordering is that it's not made for rubber corks or sparkling wine. I used it on the red bottle the first day and it was a lot easier to open than other products I've used. My electric opener isn't holding a charge, so I've been looking for a new, non-electric opener. I'll try it with a rubber stopper and sparkling wine and see what happens.

    I liked this opener but a word of caution.

    Excellent! I bought 13 pieces to give away. They are very easy and fun! BUT. I have to add that to my review. Warning. If the opener doesn't work after about 4-5 clicks, use .STOO and something else. I gave it to my aunt, she shook and shook, the cork didn't budge. The bottle completely exploded due to the excessive air pressure inside and the piece of glass actually cut her cheek. Thank God she's fine. That was really scary! Some plugs are too tight to work while others pop out just fine.

    Ziz makes opening wine as easy as opening an expensive restaurant, plus the pressure is generated by pumps rather than a CO2 cylinder. Despite their claim that it cannot be used on plastic corks, I have used it on synthetic cork which turned out to be hard plastic. Removing the cork wasn't difficult; It may have a tiny air hole because unlike the cork, the plastic didn't fill up when I took the needle out, but it seems to be working fine.     First of all, this opener works exactly as described and opens most bottles well. Once in a while the cork gets stuck, but that's rare. The clicking sound it makes is annoying after the novelty wears off, and when the cork is wet with wine a little splashing can be heard.
