Not for fine stoneware!

I've tried them on porcelain stoneware and they didn't work at all. The "wings" broke off and as I drilled further they got worse. I suspect they might work on ceramic tile, but don't try them on porcelain. I have to admit that the seller kindly took the bits back. I didn't have shipping but it was a lot less than the cost of a set of bits. Use a diamond hole saw for porcelain stoneware. I bought a saw from Revain and it worked perfectly and made all the remaining holes needed for 7 handrails…

Odd design drill

Ideal for drilling. I have to admit that I had my doubts when I looked at them. They are manufactured and offered to fit the Wingits anchor system, but they are much more than what you need in your toolbox. These exercises are hard for the core. Drilling tiles with these drill bits is not difficult. They have multiple carbide cutting edges and are very sharp to aid in smooth drilling in all types of materials. As a full time contractor I was impressed by the company's video on the WingIts website but remained skeptical until I received a set of 5 WingIts bits for installing 4 handrails bought. tiled shower for an elderly customer. I needed a 1 1/4 bit to install the security brackets in a wall where there were no support studs. These drill bits went through the tiled shower screen and grout/mesh backing without migrating.
