I really like it, I was very upset when I found out I don't have wireless CarPlay, that fixed me. Setup was easy once I switched the language to English and I was able to read the screen LOL (press the globe icon on the setup screen until you know the language), no errors so far either!

Make sure you google and download the latest updates before trying to use them. I use them with a 2020 Porsche Taycan and they work great after updating them to the latest firmware. You'll need to google the firmware and make sure you have a small enough USB stick that can be formatted as Fat32. After the dance update they work great on my car and I won't trade them for anything.

I'm not sure why many manufacturers don't offer wireless CarPlay. Now that the seller is showing the actual model number it becomes much easier to see what you are getting. Only 2 complaints: 1. The audio cuts out for a moment or two from time to time, but not enough to be annoying.2. I can't figure out how to remove old phones from phone list on device startup. If you ever have a problem with it, just try turning it off and on again.

Having purchased this item during the cold months of the year it seemed to work well most of the time. However, once the weather warmed up, this device had trouble crashing and restarting on its own, often in an infinite loop. Placing the unit in front of an air vent and cooling the air conditioner improved performance, but this isn't practical for general use. I am really very impressed with this gadget. It works as advertised on my 2017 Ford Escape. The hardest part of the setup had nothing to do with this device. Instead, updating Ford Sync 3.0 from v2 to v3 was one hell of a task. Bought for my 2020 Tacoma. At first the bluetooth connection process didn't work. I had to disconnect and reconnect my phone (ios) to the truck like I had never connected my phone to the truck before. Update 2: Continues to work as stated in the update below. However, a few times I get a "connection error" message that I can't fix. When I unplug the device from the USB and plug it back in, it boots up and reconnects normally. So back to 4 stars.
