Before purchasing I contacted the company about some issues related to this camera. Within a few minutes I received a detailed answer. I have not received any response from other camera manufacturers. It was a gift for my husband and I wasn't sure if he would like it. Well he does! He even took whatever power adapter he had and hooked it up to a small motorcycle battery so he could hook up a monitor and use the camera anywhere he could take the battery with him. he has toys on trailers.
