I love this security camera - it's wireless so it doesn't need to be plugged in, has long battery life and great image clarity.

I bought this camera to have a camera in my new tree house so we can look after our grandchildren. I get 95-100% WiFi performance in the backyard. I was very surprised at the weight of the camera and solar panel. The weight alone shows that they are really well made, which is a nice difference to many cheap lightweight plastic products.

This camera is located on a mast in the yard about 30 meters from the Wi-Fi extender. We look at the yard and the gate through which one of our idiot horses likes to open and let himself/others out. I feel more secure knowing I'll be notified if something happens that we're not expecting. I oriented the solar panel slightly south/southwest and it stays charged daily even when it's snowed heavily all day (14+ inches) so it doesn't need constant sun. **Update**** Regarding the concentric ring issue described earlier, I just decided to wipe the lens and they are gone. So it looks like it's the remnants of a foil covering it. A good camera for the price. It was easy to set up, the app is good, easy to use and works flawlessly most of the time. Sometimes it fails to read the card when accessing videos, but I still find that more than acceptable. Image quality is good in my opinion, not very good for a supposedly 1080p.
