Works well so far. I use smart life. It's very easy with two people. I've never had to contact tech support, so I can't rate them.

The sensor works very well and can detect subtle movements within a certain area. Responds in a split second. It has a bright green LED that flashes every time the sensor provides a notification. I ordered these for my mom's garage because someone broke down her garage door. I easily mounted them to a textured wall with 3M velcro. It took a few tries to pair it with the Tuya mobile app, but it works well with push notifications. You can also set it up to send text messages, which might be better for long-term tracking.
