Cushion exactly like the original with approximately 1-1/2 inch ribbed vinyl, not the smooth vinyl shown in photo. I also ordered the back, it was also in an elastic band.

The seat arrived in good condition, appears to be of good quality. It has no hardware so I used existing hardware as that is obviously where it needs to be replaced. No pre-drilled holes, I aligned the cooler mounted hinges, drilled pilot holes and installed the hardware. The gasket fitted the radiator well (70qt Todd).

This seat cushion was a big disappointment. It weighs about a quarter the weight of the original seat, so doesn't compress cheap foam pads. In fact if you look closely there is a small air gap when closed. Not very good for ice insulation! As I drilled holes for the hinges, the plastic bag's material began to accept my drill bit. I assume they use this for insulation. I highly recommend looking elsewhere for a decent, cooler top seat cushion if you're worried about cooling your catch out on the
