Quality from WIX: Oil Filter

As you would expect, the quality from WIX is top notch. Works on my Aprilia V4 1100 and is much cheaper than the Aprilia factory filter.

Quality oil filters and accessories

I love this filter. The quality for the price is top notch and so is the quality of the Napa brand. It worked great on my 2015 vstrom 650.

Pros
  • Ideal for a small home
Cons
  • Functionality

Works great in my husband's 4 wheeler in place of the factory Suzuki filter.

Husband bought this filter for his ATV. The filter is cross over with Suzuki's factory oil filter which he needed and worked great! It arrived on time and was easy to install. He chose this brand because it was the best price he had ever seen and it will definitely be one he will buy again when the time comes!

Pros
  • Inspires confidence
Cons
  • Frequency

Wix is the only filter I use

Bought for my Suzuki 650 V-strom. This is a direct replacement for the original Suzuki filter but at a lower price than purchasing an original Suzuki filter. Wix oil filters get high marks for filtration, quality, and design. They cost a little more than the Fram or Delco you see in the big department stores, but they're a lot cheaper than the OEM Suzukis and higher quality than the Fram, Delco, etc.

Pros
  • Perfect for outdoor activities
Cons
  • boring packaging

The best filters! fits spares

I have a 2016 Suzuki GSX-R750 and I normally use a K&N oil filter. They recently moved production to China and produce filters there. I've seen videos of motors failing due to filter failure and loss of quality since they are made in China. I have now switched to WIX as they are made in the USA! Great well made filters and this will be the only filter I will be using on my bike from now on!

  • Oil Filter
Cons
  • Not sure

Fits my 2005 SV650

Bought for my 2005 Suzuki SV650. For the price and the reputation of the Wix company, this is a good deal for me compared to an OEM Suzuki filter which is around $8 at the dealer. It may be short-sighted of me to rely on the company's reputation when choosing an oil filter, but I suppose it can't be that bad compared to Suzuki's OEM oil filter. *Edit* December 14, 2013 Wow! Wix price spike corresponds to Purolator ML16818! I originally bought it in November '11 for the high price of $6. Now…

Good Filter for Suzuki Bandit

Having owned a Suzuki Bandit 1200 for about 4 years, finding filters was a chore. Went to my local Suzuki dealership (25 miles away) a few years ago to get a valve timing tool. After I was told the tool was out of stock, the gentleman behind the counter acted like I wasn't there anymore. Guess they don't like doing it alone! So I left with a promise that I would never come back. I kept that promise because the old big bandit is extremely reliable. I bought a couple of these filters from NAPA…
