🔍 WIX Filters 51394: High-Performance Spin-On Lube Filter - Single Pack Review

This was the second time I've ordered several of these filters, they work as expected, I don't have high tech equipment to test the filtration efficiency how well it works but I'm 7500-8000 Miles between oil switched to synthetic and for a couple of years when I was using WIX filters there wasn't a single problem with the engine.

Wix makes excellent oil filters for general automotive and industrial applications. They produce a wide range of filters for almost every common and not so common application. As far as I know they also sell Napa Gold filters. I use fully synthetic oil in my car, so I change it about every 5000 km. I put a new filter in every oil change and the Wix shuts down easily. I switched from another brand to these for use in my 2005 Prius and am happy with the decision. Although I changed the filter with every oil change, I was confident that their design would make them last a lot longer. If you open one of these (or watch a video of someone doing this) you'll see that these filters are made of sheet metal, stamped and corrugated to hold the filter elements together with a spring-loaded relief valve.
