The seller claims this WIX filter is made in the USA. The filter I received says it was made in Taiwan. I am returning this filter to the seller due to false advertising. When you say USA, it's better to say USA.

I installed this on my 1998 Jeep Cherokee with an automatic transmission. It was difficult to install a pallet with a seal. I had to twist and turn and push for about an hour, but I finally got it right. This is not a design flaw of the filter or seal, but rather a result of the location of the Cherokee transmission mount.

Packaging looks great - haven't used it yet but don't see any problems. I will be replacing the filter and gasket on my transmission soon so will update if I run into any problems when all is said and done. UPDATE: I had no issues with the install, everything went smoothly, but I chose to switch to the AX-15 manual gearbox before reinstalling, so I never ran the gearbox after the install. Although I don't think I would have any problems.
