Similar to OEM in functionality and quality

Worked as intended/expected. The lining of the pallet is rubber. Don't overtighten. A torque wrench is recommended. The oil pan is attached with 8 mm screws. To reduce the risk of screw head rounding, the use of hex heads is recommended. The uninstall/install is very easy. The time for the complete removal and installation is approx. 2 hours.

Pros
  • Robust surface
Cons
  • Some bugs

Complete set to fit spares

Contains everything needed for a filter change. For my 2010 ram with the 545RFE, the spin-on filter requires 84 in/lbs of torque. Make sure you tighten it to OEM specs. There have been cases of filter failure. The main filter is easy to replace, simply remove the old filter's small O-ring from the housing.

Pros
  • Excellent overall performance
Cons
  • Miscellaneous Miscellaneous

Works as it should!

Bought for my Jeep Commander Limited Hemi 06 Release. So far, so good! The gasket works great with no leaks and is a lot less fiddly than an RTV, especially as it's difficult to get the pan back onto the commander (very little clearance). Filters also seem to work well. Do yourself a favor and buy a $35 replacement Dorman pan that has a drain plug to make future drains a lot less messy. Overall, I highly recommend this filter and gasket set!

Pros
  • Sea of Positive Emotions
Cons
  • Crumpled

Missing parts 🤷‍♂️

Well I ordered a spin-on filter from Mopar and only needed an underbody filter, although it was a complete set I ordered everything because I thought it would not be like that There's no harm in having an extra screw on the filter just in case, okay. There was no screw on the filter in my box. Personally I don't care but for someone who needs every part advertised it could ruin your day. No point in asking for another one as I don't need the missing part. but I figured the people buying this…

The filter foil did not work! 2004 Ram 1500 545RFE

Sump filter works properly. The spin filter didn't help me. The crush around the bottom of the filter was too large and prevented it from screwing properly into a 2004 Ram 1500 5.7L hemi 545RFE 4x4. I've tried squeezing the pinch roller a bit, but to no avail. I can't get it back now after trying to change it. I will be purchasing an OEM Mopar to guarantee the fit. Luckily it was cheap so I'm not losing much money other than overtime.

Pros
  • Heavy duty construction
Cons
  • Replacement available

I had an 04 Ram 1500 Hemi with 545RFE 2WD. This filter set (sump) will not fit, but will fit the newer version of the 65RFE transmission with a deeper common sump. My current truck is a 2015 Ram 1500 Hemi with a 65 RFE engine. The gasket is a rubber gasket that holds the 8mm flat head screws well for easy installation. Be sure to use Torx T-25 on a pan filter (plate filter). The panel filter comes with a small round gasket that can be pressed in with a 3/4" socket wrench with extension by…

Pros
  • This is amazing
Cons
  • Running speed

2002 Jeep Grand Cherokee

This filter kit fits the 45RFE and 545RFE low sump transmissions used on 4WD models. If you have a two wheel model, you will need a flat pan set. The Napa system has the wrong filter set for my 2002 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I was given a kit for a pre 2000 4WD Grand Cherokee. I spoke to the store manager again who said this sometimes happens. If all else fails, go to the Wix website to find the part number and then search for it on Revain. It's good to double check if it fits. If you lose the screw

Pros
  • Decent Performance
Cons
  • Very Expensive

No problems with Jeep WJ 4.7 QTII 545RFE

Worked without problems. 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo, 4.7L, QuadraTrac II, 545RFE. Be sure to pay attention to the intake filter gasket - this must be installed in the valve body FIRST and then the filter should be installed. If you put it on the filter first, it won't sit in the valve body and you'll suck in some fluid along with LOTS of air, churning up your fluid and wrecking your transmission. The seal will likely need a quick tap - use a seal or bearing punch covering the outside…

  • Delivery was very fast

Wix Transmission Filter Set 58843

This was perfect for my '02 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited 4.7Lt Power Tech HO with Automatic 5-45RFE Quadra-Drive 4x4 Deep Sump. Once you've drained the pan (I don't have a drain plug :) do it slowly, at the best angle to drain, make sure you have 1 or more lg containers, mine drained 9 liters. also cardboard underneath. Unscrew the side you want to drain the water to. When the speed decreases, unscrew more, but you need to loosen a little so as not to bend the edge of the pan, support the pan…
