I had an 04 Ram 1500 Hemi with 545RFE 2WD. This filter set (sump) will not fit, but will fit the newer version of the 65RFE transmission with a deeper common sump. My current truck is a 2015 Ram 1500 Hemi with a 65 RFE engine. The gasket is a rubber gasket that holds the 8mm flat head screws well for easy installation. Be sure to use Torx T-25 on a pan filter (plate filter). The panel filter comes with a small round gasket that can be pressed in with a 3/4" socket wrench with extension by lightly tapping it with a hammer. Make no mistake with the Wix filter.
