Good boot but blisters

Appears to be well made, water resistant. But where the tongue meets the boot, a patch sticks out. These 4 marks cause severe pain if worn all day. So I can't lace them up at the ankle. Instead, I tie them to my toes. But that defeats the purpose of buying a boot. I've tried cracking them, I've tried putting a gasket in, but that glare doesn't stop.

  • Uniform, work & safety
Cons

The perfect combination of comfort and durability

As a general contractor who wears boots every day, I have 2 must-haves. It's comfort and durability. The 6" Hellcat boots are now the gold standard as they have both qualities and also have a numbing effect. This is the second pair of Wolverine boots (the other pair are 8" boots). I won't be engaging in anything else work my feet.

Great boots - light and comfortable

I have had Timberland Pro boots for many years and my last pair lasted two years. Some of the recent Timberland reviews weren't great and the version I bought got a little expensive so I decided to give these Wolverines a try. I'm glad they fit true to size and were comfortable, didn't need any real chopping. Lightweight, with great cushioning and just as comfortable at 8 o'clock as at 1 o'clock. Haven't been in the wet yet so can't comment on how waterproof they are or grip in the wet but so…

  • Performance and utility

  • No insurance

Buy this shoe! About industrial and construction boots

I've tried on over 20 pairs with the Revain Prime 'wardrobe' because I have wide feet. I wanted a pair of boots that I can use when I'm working in the garden, in the garage, or outdoors at home. I have tried wide sizes with steel toe, composite toe and other soft toes but they all have tight toe boxes and hurt my toes after wearing them for just a few minutes. I found this for its soft, springy sole and surprisingly wide enough to accommodate my wide toes! I can wear it for a long time without…

comfort! - Men's

I am 60 years old. old and have been wearing work boots since I was 12. These are the most comfortable work shoes I've ever worn. I have flat, wide feet and it is very difficult for me to find comfortable shoes. I work 4 ten hour days a week in a concrete floor shop, so the durability of my boots is tested by where the sole wears out the fastest. As long as these boots remain affordable they will be my go-to choice from now on because the comfort lasts all day. I read reviews that rivets hurt…
