Great rolling pin! best in my review

If your looking for a good rolling pin that’s just a stock and not the ones with the handle, this is it. Feels good, sturdy and flattens anything in its wake with ease.

Pros
  • Very sturdy wood, just as pictured
Cons
  • It may not work well with wet or sticky doughs that require frequent flouring

Well balanced, smooth surface

I think this will be a great rolling pin for any dough. Bought for pasta dough but will use it for all types. The surface is smooth, and my dough did not stick at all. Well balanced and perfect length. Will definitely come in handy for holiday baking too.

Pros
  • I use it! It works. Easy to control. It is smooth rolling on every dough I have tried so far.
Cons
  • It may not be suitable for baking delicate pastries or crepes that require a lighter touch

Pros
  • Perfect size, good thickness and weight to it.
Cons
  • It may not be suitable for baking large sheets of dough, such as for pizza crusts or puff pastry
