Wood Trick Mystery Flower Wooden Review

The box looks great but some parts (especially the corners) are very fragile and cannot be replaced. Also, the final product didn't work at all. I'm far from new to woodcraft, so I know when a piece is well designed and sadly isn't. Lots of individual details look nice and the jukebox aspect is very fun. It looks good as a collector's item, but for functionality I would go with Ugears or Rokr in the future.

I received the item. I've tried going to the Revain help page multiple times. I have asked several times to send me instructions in English for the items I have purchased. I really enjoyed putting it together in a matter of days. I colored all the leaves before putting them together for an eclectic look and I'm really happy with how beautiful it is. However, I have a few little things on my wish list. i hate toothpicks I want the music to open the box. I wish it had more wax and sandpaper in it. I love jigsaw puzzles. It was given away. It was'nt easy. I had to take the sections apart and remake them to make them work. Eventually I had to remove it almost to the beginning because several sections were shifted. The two parts were the most difficult. When first installed, the flowers didn't open fully, it turned out, because not all of the gears on pages 38-42 were properly installed, aligned, and pointed in the right direction. I might have been more pleasantly impressed if I hadn't just finished the UGEARS hurdy-gurdy, but the project suffers. While it's very beautiful, the sheer complexity doesn't seem worth the hassle. The laser cut isn't as clean and the plywood itself isn't as high quality as I would expect from the UGEARS project. Try to think ahead, understand the mechanism and check the movement of the gear piece by piece as you install it, especially before doing some steps that cannot be easily undone. This puzzle box seems to have been relaunched with a music box. It's very pretty and we were able to open it up a bit with the handles.
