this is exactly what it's supposed to be, I accidentally ordered the wrong model. Mine arrived with no handles and the return shipping cost wasn't worth the trip to the post office for a few bucks refund.

However, you should know that you will get the rest of the necessary parts to the store. I received the mount and grips without the screws and rubber washer. Let's see if the seller gets it right.

I have the yoke and 5mm screws but no washers and sheet metal screws to attach the yoke so it's basically useless unless I have to go to the hardware store and spend more money, waste not wasting your time.

The suffix is misleading. It was just a bracket. There was no other hardware included. If you require thumbscrews to attach the radio to this mount, you must purchase them separately. I am extremely disappointed. The sticker on the box that seals the mount even says the mount is with thumbscrews. If all you want is a mount, this seems to be quality and durable. Please note that the description of this ad is incorrect.
