January 26, 2019 1) Bracket and 2) Handles 2 rubber anti-vibration washers or 4 self-tapping screws were not included. Not the biggest deal, but when you're promoting a FULL installation, consumers EXPECT the items to be exactly as pictured. Now I can drive around town messing around with bolts and washers.
