If you want to wash your cars like me. you don't want to do without it anymore. Highly recommended. (my car once, maybe twice a week.)

UPDATE WORKS saves a lot of time --- After working with it for some time I came up with a method and I can tell you it's really great. Grit Guard has come out with a washboard now, hmm I wonder why?

I really like this product

I really like this product except you have to drill the bucket to screw it to the bucket. The washboard is closer to the top, it needs to snap in order to attach to the top bucket ring, so see my feedback to the designer making this thing.

Great product for hand washing delicate painted surfaces

Bought this a few months ago and used it a few times a week after my company got a new Rolls Royce that needed a hand wash. It doubles as a washboard and granular dirt settles on the underside so it can't be picked up with a cleaning brush or glove.

I like it a lot compared to the original sand guard

I really like it compared to the original sandguard just for its washboard style. The reason I give it 2 stars is because it floats in a bucket unless you screw it in and the sand guard doesn't. I use this in my laundry bucket in my two bucket setup. That means it's a bucket that only has water in it and it's used to clean my sink. He does a great job, I only wish he didn't swim otherwise I would give him 5 stars!

Good product but expect it to stay in the bucket

The side washboard is amazing and I wouldn't want to use a product that only has a grate at the bottom. You screw the top of the washboard onto the bucket to hold the entire mechanism in place, which won't leak thanks to the placement and the included rubber washer. This is to keep the dripper submerged and hold it in place during aggressive brushing. It works well. My problem is that when the dirt dropper is screwed onto the bucket, it's difficult to remove to sweep under the grate or to stack
