Great Tool For Tracking Your Customers

The ability to add and remove questions at any time without having to go back to an admin page, the option of using different formats in the survey (like tables vs. charts), and the ability to use it with multiple platforms (mobile/desktop). I wish there was a way to edit the question wording once we've started the survey. Sometimes you want to change how something is worded or what specific information is being requested from your respondents. However, that feature doesn't currently exist…

Worthify provides awesome flexibility into designing quesrions

I like that it is customizable, easy to use, has great features, not too expensive. It can be difficult for new users to navigate through all of the different options available in the platform. If you are looking for an online survey tool with lots of customization options this might not work well for your business as there really isn't much room for error when creating surveys or questions. We have been using worthix for about 2 years now and we love how flexible they make our surveys. They…

  • Very user friendly interface once learning curve was overcome! Great support staff who were always helpful!! Also had good reporting capabilities so could track trends over time
Cons
  • Had trouble getting data into excel (not sure if due system issue).
  • Somewhat limited functionality around complex question design.
  • Did experience long delays uploading large files
