Does the job! for spare parts and accessories

The original part of our Kitchenaid dishwasher broke and ordered this part. Installs easily, seems solid enough and is a good price compared to OEM parts.

Reliable replacement part

They fit my dishwasher perfectly. They were easy to install. The change took about 15 minutes. I have mechanical skills so it may take longer if I'm not that skilled.

Good spare parts

These parts fit in my dishwasher just like the original parts. They have held up well for the last 2 months and I am happy with them. UPDATE: Broke after less than 4.5 months of use. Change from 5* to 1*

Make sure your clips aren't broken

The only downside was it didn't have clips to hold the riser to the rails. Which would be nice if yours didn't break. However, we felt that we had to go with another set. Overall easy to install and works the same

Broke after about 3 months. (Update: the seller sent a replacement fairly quickly)

Bought in January and broke in April. The return/exchange period is of course overdue! I need to get my dishwasher working ASAP so I guess I'll have to order it from someone else unless they send out a replacement to fix right after reading this review. Failure to comply with this requirement in the near future is unacceptable! Update 4/16/21: The supplier shipped a replacement fairly quickly, so I'm running to 3 stars for now. I'll see how they hold up and if they last 6 months I might upgrade

Much cheaper than an OEM part

This product costs much, much less than the ridiculous price of an OEM part. Whirpool/Kitchenaid charged over $60 (including $10 shipping) for just one of the two parts required. It is a poorly designed injection molded plastic part that appears to have been designed by the manufacturer to fail prematurely. Then they will knock you out for a replacement. The entire top rack is held in place by two 1/4" tabs with a thin plastic lip over a metal slot on each side. This aftermarket part performs…
