Aviation plug: T12 negative pole, SW connected to vibration switch, T12 positive pole, E connected to T12 shell (grounded); heating indicator light: lights up when heating (the light keeps flashing after the temperature reaches the set value); temperature display: digital tube temperature adjustment Displays the adjusted temperature at time, the heating temperature is displayed after the adjustment, the sleep temperature is displayed during sleep, and the automatic shutdown displays 000. Temperature calibration: a temperature measuring instrument is required. When the temperature of the soldering iron tip is lower than the temperature displayed by the digital tube, it can be slowly adjusted clockwise through this potentiometer, on the contrary, it can be slowly adjusted counterclockwise. Reduce the temperature error between the temperature of the soldering iron tip and the digital display of the digital tube (DIY calibration is not recommended). Wake up: In use, the ball switch of the handle constantly triggers the light here to prevent it from going to sleep. Strengthen: Single press the encoder controller to enter the enhanced mode (the enhanced temperature and time can be changed in the settings), this point will flash during the enhanced period until the enhanced mode is ended. Hibernation and software shutdown: In normal use, the handle will enter hibernation if it is not moving. The software shuts down, the decimal point of the digital tube flashes, the dormant temperature keeps 200 degrees, the shutdown temperature drops to room temperature, and the display shows OOO. The temperature is room temperature. Upgrade port: A program for users to upgrade and update (upgrade carefully when there is no original program). Encoder: can be rotated 360°, can be pressed. PCB input voltage: 12-24V. No power supply inside. No need to change circuit board components.
