Description of WTP Trades Carbide Cutting Stainless

HRC55 - Superior hardness for extended longevity and a high quality surface finish. TiAlN Coating - Provides superior heat protection by reflecting heat back into metal chips rather than the tool. The TiAlN coating also performs exceptionally well in interrupted cuts making it versatile, cutting down on the verity of tools needed. 4 Flute cutter - 4 Flutes increase the number of cutting surfaces for more aggressive machining while also making the tool stronger due to its thicker core structure. Square nose - Creates a sharp inner corner when milling or a flat bottom when plunge cutting. Best for Steel, Steel alloys, stainless steel and other ferrous metals.

An impressive Milling Accessory!

Using this accessory, our team found that the cutting process was much easier and precise. The carbide cutting tool is efficient and long-lasting, saving us a lot of time and resources .The stainless steel material also reduces friction. One downside is that it is slightly pricey but investing in quality tools is worth it in the long run. Overall, a great addition to our cutting tool collections!

Pros
  • Cuts through stainless steel with ease, producing clean and accurate cuts.
Cons
  • The carbide blade requires regular sharpening to maintain optimum cutting performance.

Awesome End Mill

This end mill cuts through steel with ease. I use a CNC router, not a router. It really limits what I can cut, but I've had absolutely no problems with this guy.

Pros
  • Square Top - Creates a sharp inside corner when routing or a flat bottom when plunge cutting
Cons
  • Out of Fashion
