My printer won't start either. The 2000W version delivers more power. Continues to operate in protection mode with a pull of 9 amps. No battery problem. I just replaced it with a 5k inverter that works fine. I wrote a letter to the company a week ago but no reply.

This unit has a floating base. You will need a ground and neutral plug or run a wire from the terminal to the ground stud. Once one of them is done. The block works perfectly. Fully manages my motorhome. HVAC and such. Excellent purchase.

I got this a few months ago and it works great. I am using AWG 0/1 2 gauge copper wires with three AGM 12V 145ah batteries. Also 4 solar panels of 290w each. So far I have used a 100kWh inverter and had no problems. I installed it horizontally first and vertically to save space (just make sure there is enough space behind the fans for air to circulate). Finally an inverter that works with my entire store including my 120v inverter. mig welder, I have previously tried 2 other inverters modified with a sine wave, but this is the only one that runs my welder because it is a pure sine wave. Tested a 5000w inverter to start a 3/4hp motor but the inverter resets for a few seconds then restarts bringing the voltage from zero to 50 V and then rose to 120V. It is not good to start the electronics from zero and then to the full voltage of 120V.
