The product is not durable for an active dog. The zippers are not sewn in with strong thread and easily tear off the tarpaulin/cloth covering material. Our dog was able to get out of the closed box by tearing the zipper off the surrounding material and opening the fabric door. Once this happens, the crate can no longer be used. This is a waste of money and should not be sold as a dog crate. The next day we ordered a metal box.

Great travel box for our 1 year old Golden Retriever. We were looking for a box that would fit in the trunk of our SUV with one side of the third row folded down. This box was a bit wider, so I made a PVC frame with curves about 2 inches shorter than the width of the original frame. The fabric is a bit loose when traveling but it works. I use a PVC frame in the car and switch to the original frame when we get to the spot for a tighter fit.

Overall, I really like this box. But it came with no instructions and wasn't easy to assemble. And once the bars were engaged, the top was very difficult to close because it was too tight. I was afraid the zipper would break. But that's not the case. The problem I'm having right now is that I can't figure out how to unlock the bars to put them back together. I'm sure there is a catch, but since there were no instructions I can't figure it out.

This is the perfect mobile box. We keep him in the car when our 11kg puppy travels with us. It's also great for an overnight babysitter. Well built, not heavy. The only complaint is that when unfolded there are only two small handles on each side to grab the carrier and a strap to connect the two handles would be much easier as you only need one hand instead of two. We had to tie a rope to each handle for easy portability. Plus we really love this box!

This soft dog cage is amazing. I never believed in putting a dog in a cage. But she proved me wrong. My Jessie loves it as you can see. Cage size 36, she is 11 months old and I've only had her for a week. Love the fact that there are 3 ways to open it and a 5 year old can set it up. The first night she was in it, she didn't whimper. My dog sleeps in it every night. She loves it. From the very first night we put her there (added her a beautiful pillow and a snuggly soft dog with a heart) she fell asleep immediately. We've never had a dog that didn't initially cry for at least a few nights. But our dog loves his cage. My wife says it's very cozy and she feels safe here.
